Audio Restoration
Various older formats such as Cassette, Reel to Reel, or Vinyl Record transferred to a digital formats such as Audio CD or data files (wav, mp3, etc.) – with or without digital enhancements.
Basic Transfer Per Transfer $35
Audio captured from original format (ex: cassette or vinyl record) to desired format (ex: CD or DATA backup) utilizing state-of-the-art digital audio conversion.
Deluxe Transfer Per Transfer $55
Basic transfer with additional enhancements such as noise reduction, dynamic processing, equalization, and CD track indexing.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND BREAKDOWN:
Audio Restoration is simply the fancy term for taking your old dusty audio media, cleaning it up, and converting it into a more modern listening format, such as CD. It can be as simple as recording a cassette to CD and hearing it exactly as is, or it can be as advanced as taking your vinyl record and removing all of the clicks, pops, hiss, and other extraneous noises. You also have the option of having songs indexed (broken up into individual tracks on the CD) so you won’t have to mess with those fast forward and rewind buttons anymore.
Park Audio Restoration can take your old LPs, cassettes, 8 tracks, reels, DAT tapes, and Mini Discs and restore them onto CD. You have several options to choose from with flexible pricing, so have a look at the various services listed below and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Basic Album Transfer - $35
(Pre recorded cassette, LP, 8 track, or reel)
• Example: Beatles White Album, Fleetwood Mac Rumours, etc.
Service includes: audio from any given format is recorded digitally into professional studio software and converted to digital audio files. Audio files are then normalized (gain maximized) and indexed (songs are broken up into individual tracks onto an audio CD). You will receive each album (cassette or record) on a separate CD. Each audio CD master is then placed into a slimline jewel case with a note or CD sticky label indicating the album title.
Deluxe Album Transfer - $55
(Pre recorded cassette, LP, 8 track, or reel)
• Example: Beatles White Album, Fleetwood Mac Rumours, etc.
Service includes: Same as Basic Album Transfer package but also includes the following: each song is specifically treated with noise reduction filtering (click/pop removal and/or tape hiss reduction.) Basic EQ may also be applied in order to reduce vinyl or tape rumble. This also improves the sonic quality of typical frequency deficiencies, which can be apparent in worn out/aged media.
In some cases the noise on the original album can be so unpleasant or harsh that only minimal noise reduction can be applied, because greater amounts of noise reduction can sometimes affect the natural audio in an undesirable way. In most cases, the noise reduction greatly improves the listening quality, and also allows you to hear the music/material the way it was intended to be heard.
General Cassette, LP, or Reel Transfer - $15 per side
• Example: an old recording that you may have that contains you talking with your toddlers, a piano recital, church sermon, or college lecture etc.
Service includes: Audio from any given format is recorded digitally into professional studio software and converted to digital audio files. Audio files are then normalized (gain maximized,) and each side (of the cassette, LP, or reel) will become a single track on a CD. Example: side A will be track 1, and side B will be track 2 etc. Each audio CD master is then placed into a slimline jewel case with a note or CD sticky label indicating the cassette/LP(s) title.

ADD-ONS
CD Labeling and Jewel Case - $5
Service includes: In addition to your audio CD master(s) you can choose to have a complete CD label. This includes a computer generated sticky label for the actual CD, a computer generated Jewel case insert, and a computer generated tray liner, which contains a basic text track listing and additional album info.
Deluxe CD Labeling - $15
Service includes: The front and back images on the jewel case inserts are the front and back album jacket images, scanned and reduced to fit. The image on the CD is the record label, scanned and altered to reflect the playlist.
